Qualified, not just experienced.
Every welder and boilermaker on the floor is qualified to AS3992 and AS1554, and supervised by a certified welding inspector. Every NDT technician is trained and certified against the standards their industry society requires — ASME, BSI, DNV and ASNT among them.
Training doesn't stop at hire. KIS invests in ongoing certification and development, which is a large part of why average tenure on our team runs in years, not months — and why a client gets the same crew back on the next job.
